Double Reinforced 3 Layers PVC Spray Hose 60 BAR
Double Reinforced 3 Layers PVC Spray Hose is made of 3 strands twisted polyester yarn twin braiding techology, the pressure is doubled comparing to the standard 3 layers PVC spray hose, its bursting pressure is even higher than 5 layers spray hose. It is made of high-quality materials that are resistant to chemical corrosion and can withstand high-pressure spraying.
Construction: 2 layers PVC and 1 layer twin braiding high strength polyester yarn reinforcements.
Inner Tube: The innermost layer is made up of a smooth PVC material that is resistant to chemical corrosion and abrasion. It ensures that the chemicals pass through the hose smoothly without any damage to the hose.
Reinforcement layer: 3 strands twisted polyester yarn twin braiding reinforement, which provides the hose extremly high-pressure resistance.
Outer Cover: The outermost layer is made up of a smooth PVC material that is resistant to abrasion, weather, and chemicals. It provides extra protection to the hose from external damage.

Applications:
Double Reinforced 3 Layers PVC spray hose are also designed to endure high pressure and is suitable for use with a range of sprayers, such as hand-held, backpack, and trailer-mounted sprayers, for the purpose of insect control, pesticide application, and fertilizer spraying, among others.
