Aluminum Camlock Coupling complies with A-A-59326 (MIL-C-27487) and DIN 2828 standards. It features a gravity-cast aluminum body with stainless steel cam levers (custom brass available). Steel-plated pins, rings, and safety clips ensure durability. Sealing materials include NBR, EPDM, Viton, and PTFE options. Available with NPT or BSP threads in sizes from 1/2" to 12".

Camlock Coupling: 


Conforming to the standard of A - A-59326 (previously called MIL-C-27487) or DIN 2828. 


Casting method: Gravity casting. 


Material of Aluminum Camlock Coupling: 


Body material of camlock fitting: Aluminum. 


Cam levers of camlock fitting: stainless steel cam levers. Brass cam levers could be customized. 


Pins Rings and Safety clips of camlock: Steel plated pins, rings and Safety clips. 


Sealing material of quick coupler: NBR. EPDM, viton, PTFE envelop gasket are available on request.

 
Threads: NPT, BSP (We usually make the female thread parallel BSPP, and male thread tapered BSPT). 

Sizes for A, B, D, F ,DC, DP: 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 2", 2-1/2", 3", 4", 5", 6", 8"
