How to Store PVC Lay Flat Hose

Some useful tips from Papageno Group for properly storing flat PVC hoses and keeping them in good condition for future use, generally follow these steps:

1). Empty all water from the hose and make sure it is completely dry before storing it to prevent the formation of mold and fungi.

2). Fold the layflat hose into equal sections. Start at one end and fold the hose into sections until you reach the other end.

3). Join the ends of the flat hose together. You can use a tie or an elastic band to secure it.

4). Place the flat hose in a dry place and protected from direct sunlight to avoid damage from UV exposure. A good option is to hang it on a hose hanger or wind it onto a hose reel.
